We want you to love your heritage treasures. If there’s an issue, we’re here to fix it — hassle-free.

When can you return/exchange?
- Broken or damaged bottle (mild leaks aren’t covered as they happen in transit, sorry!)
- Duplicate order
- Wrong product or quantity

What to do:
1. Record a video unboxing & show the issue.
2. Email/WhatsApp us at:

3. Include:
    - Clear picture & video
    - Address label pic
    - Order number (from your confirmation email)

Important:
- Report issues within 2 days of delivery.
- Parcel + product must be unused + intact (no opened packaging).
- If info’s incomplete or pics aren’t clear, we can’t help 😔

Disqualified Requests:
Return/exchange won’t be processed if:
- Reported after 2 days of delivery.
- Photos/videos aren *clear* and don’t show the issue.
- Duplicate/wrong item parcel is opened/tampered with.
- Address label is missing or info is incomplete.

How long does it take?
It usually takes 10-15 working days. Here’s the process:
- We review your case
- Check with courier & production teams
- Process your return/exchange or refund
