At Turaath, we want you to receive your heritage treasures swiftly. Here’s how it works:

1. Order Confirmation
You’ll get a confirmation message via email/WhatsApp with all the deets right after you order.

2. Free Consultation Call
Our Turaath team may call you via WhatsApp to confirm your order details, address, and answer any questions before we dispatch.

3. Fast Dispatch
We pack and ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours on business days after confirmation if they are in stock. If an item’s delayed or out of stock, we’ll let you know via WhatsApp or call.

4. Shipping
We offer Free nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders.

5. Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped via Pakistan Post. You’ll receive a tracking number by email/WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

6. Delivery Time
- Lahore: 2-3 business days after dispatch
- Other cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Timelines are estimates provided by Pakistan Post. Delays can happen due to weather, public holidays, or postal service issues.

7. Delivery Issues
- Failed delivery: If Pakistan Post can’t deliver after attempts and the parcel returns to us, we’ll contact you to reship. You may be asked to cover reshipping cost.
- Wrong address: Please double-check your details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
- Damaged parcel: Record a clear unboxing video. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery — see Return Policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. We will call to confirm COD orders before dispatch to avoid failed deliveries.
